Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate contracting processes for new Relationship Managers with insurance carriers and broker dealers
- Assist in onboarding staff from a compliance and licensing perspective
- Maintain and track licensing and appointment information in the database
Required Qualifications
- Experience in insurance and securities licensing processes
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in database management, specifically with MOSAIC or similar systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR and compliance teams
- Experience in training and onboarding processes
