Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing expert guidance to managers and employees
  • Lead investigations into allegations of policy violations, discrimination, harassment, and other employee concerns
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across multiple states
Required Qualifications:
  • High School, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • SHRM Certification
  • Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of employee relations cases simultaneously
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HRIS
  • Solid working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
