Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation cycles and integrate HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
- Develop strategies for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
- Foster cross-functional partnerships and advocate for end-user needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of Analyst experience with report writing and advanced Microsoft Office skills
- HRIS experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
- Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
