A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage compensation cycles and integrate HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
  • Develop strategies for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships and advocate for end-user needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of Analyst experience with report writing and advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • HRIS experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
  • Reporting experience and SQL knowledge preferred
