A company is looking for a Remote Learning and Development Manager to enhance training programs aligned with strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop leadership and management development programs in partnership with the Executive team
- Assess training needs and create tailored training programs to improve employee experience
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives and manage external training vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development, focusing on management or leadership programs
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
- Proficiency in multimedia training platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in instructional design and conducting needs assessments
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and work independently
