  • Lead job kickoffs, create job descriptions, and support interview plans
  • Source and engage passive candidates across multiple platforms
Ideal Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
  • Comfortable juggling 6-8 open roles at a time
  • Proven ability to hire for individual contributor and mid-to-senior level roles
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills
