Key Responsibilities
- Own 4-8 active roles at once, driving 2+ hires per month
- Lead job kickoffs, create job descriptions, and support interview plans
- Source and engage passive candidates across multiple platforms
Ideal Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience working at a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
- Comfortable juggling 6-8 open roles at a time
- Proven ability to hire for individual contributor and mid-to-senior level roles
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
