Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and recruit top talent for various opportunities in the nuclear and engineering sectors
- Partner with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and manage candidate pipelines for current and future needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical staffing within engineering or energy sectors
- Experience with recruiting in regulated industries (nuclear, power, energy) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of industry standards and clearances (e.g., NQA-1, NRC, DOE) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field preferred
