Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter to support staffing operations in the nuclear and engineering industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and recruit top talent for various opportunities in the nuclear and engineering sectors
• Partner with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and manage candidate pipelines for current and future needs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical staffing within engineering or energy sectors
• Experience with recruiting in regulated industries (nuclear, power, energy) strongly preferred
• Knowledge of industry standards and clearances (e.g., NQA-1, NRC, DOE) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field preferred
