Key Responsibilities
- Develop global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities
- Enhance end-to-end candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage external vendors and report on metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition and building talent strategies
- Proven track record of engaging diverse, qualified talent
- Experience building strategies across North America, EMEA, and APAC preferred
