A company is looking for a Director, HR Transformation & Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CHRO and HR leadership team to execute strategic HR priorities
- Drive annual and quarterly HR planning cycles, including workforce planning and budgeting
- Build and manage materials for Board updates and leadership presentations
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in HR strategy, business operations, or consulting
- Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm or internal strategy function is preferred
- Strong program management and planning skills
- Highly organized with a rigorous approach to tracking execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and planning
