Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Consult with hiring managers and HR partners, providing data insights and creative solutions for talent acquisition
- Screen candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure adherence to Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience across various roles
- Experience in managing full recruitment lifecycle for complex and critical roles
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Understanding of how business strategy impacts staffing needs
