Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Global Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AMER, EMEA, and APAC payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation and benefits
- Lead and develop a team of payroll specialists through effective coaching and communication
- Streamline payroll processes globally while ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies
Required Qualifications
- At least eight (8) years of payroll experience, including four (4) years outside of North America
- Minimum of four (4) years of supervisory experience across multiple regions
- Experience with Global Payroll aggregators and In Country Providers (ICP's) is required
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience; Certified Payroll Professional certification preferred
- Experience with Workday Payroll is strongly preferred
