Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, R&D.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment initiatives and develop talent attraction strategies for the Research and Development organization
  • Engage with hiring managers to create tailored sourcing plans and execute best practices for a positive candidate experience
  • Manage talent pipelines using social media and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and data reporting; Workday experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Suite, LinkedIn, and CRM; familiarity with social media and branding is advantageous
  • Experience working in a global organization with a complex environment is preferred
