A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain compensation data for broad-based programs, including audits and job evaluations
- Maintain executive compensation programs, ensuring accurate records and responding to information requests
- Participate in projects related to annual compensation events and collaborate on communication of compensation program changes
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or Business preferred
- 4+ years of experience with Excel and data analysis; 2+ years in an HR or Finance function
- Prior experience with Workday preferred
- Strong analytical skills and organized mindset
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively under tight deadlines
