- Manage the preboarding process for all hires, acting as a subject matter expert
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and assistance
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or onboarding (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in project management or continuous improvement (preferred)
- Experience working directly with talent acquisition strategy (preferred)
