Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's mission and growth goals
- Oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters and lead diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly in high-growth or startup environments
- Proven success in building and scaling people operations and HR systems
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and healthcare HR practices, including HIPAA compliance
- Experience implementing HRIS and scalable people systems
