Job Summary
A company is looking for an ES Workday Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze the complete HR process and support call priorities to meet SLAs
- Conduct workshops for business requirements and manage the functional design, configuration, and unit testing in ERP HCM
- Lead the project phases including Discovery, Design, Architect, SIT/UAT, Go-live, and support while managing stakeholder expectations
Required Qualifications
- Experience with at least three ERP HCM modules such as HR, Talent Acquisition Management, and Global Payroll
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional specification documentation, and configuration details
- Experience in security setup and building interfaces and reports
- Ability to work as an independent contributor and lead a team effectively
- Experience in delivering end-user training and developing training materials
