A company is looking for a Lead People Reporting & Insights Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and maintenance of people analytics solutions using Workday tools
- Drive the evolution of the people analytics function by implementing augmented analytics solutions
- Develop a people analytics roadmap and partner with stakeholders to address critical business questions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
- 5-7+ years of experience in HRIS, People Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles
- Extensive experience with Workday HCM systems and report development
- Experience leading complex reporting and analytics projects
- Preferred certifications in Workday Reporting, HCM, or Prism Analytics
