Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Talent Management Partner to drive talent management practices and performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of performance management and talent processes, utilizing HRIS platforms and exploring AI enhancements
- Research and pilot AI-driven tools to improve talent practices and automate processes
- Consult with People Business Partners to align talent initiatives with business needs and manage cross-functional projects
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years in Program Management, Project Management, Management Consulting, or Talent Management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and ability to manage projects from concept to implementation
- Experience analyzing data and leveraging AI-driven insights for decision-making
- Highly organized and proficient in project management tools
- Strong interest in applying AI to HR and Talent Management
