Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies for HR initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the HR function, driving efficiencies and improving service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10+ years' experience in Project Management, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong experience in building workflows, automation, and project plans
- Proven track record of delivering complex HR projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Project Management certification a plus
