Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of compensation trends and ensure competitiveness within the industry
- Perform job evaluations and market pricing assessments to establish appropriate compensation levels
- Maintain accurate compensation data and support the annual compensation cycle administration
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
- 6+ years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and HRIS systems, including Excel
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures and market pricing
- Working knowledge of Workday and experience with Payfactors is desirable
