Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR roles, including HR business partnering and talent management
• Proven track record of collaborating with Sales leaders on talent strategies
• Proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools
• HRM-SCP, SPHR, or relevant HR certifications are preferred
