Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leave cases for employees, consulting on policies and processes related to various types of leave
- Act as a liaison with the leave management vendor to ensure timely processing of paperwork and benefit changes
- Provide Tier 2 support for escalated leave issues and conduct research and analysis for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in benefits, absence management, or FMLA systems orientation
