Key Responsibilities
- Review reports and systems to manage new hires through onboarding processes
- Assist applicants with completing Form I-9 documentation within Workday
- Triage Service Now case management system related to I-9 inquiries and support reporting
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of operations experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes and administration
- Experience with Salesforce and database management
- Proficient in spreadsheet and documentation software
