Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and counsel on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Recommend and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws
- Manage the offboarding process and support HR operations including data management and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and operations
- In-depth knowledge of US federal and state employment laws
- Experience working in international organizations and collaborating across cultures
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and establish trust with stakeholders
