Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global Recruiter for a short-term (6 months) engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including sourcing and candidate management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and provide advisory support on staffing needs
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and strategic roles while ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of proven recruiting experience, preferably for technical roles
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experience in screening and identifying highly qualified talent through resumes and interviews
- Demonstrated experience conducting behavioral interviews
