- Engage with stakeholders and provide leadership on incentive and equity strategy while managing a high-performing team
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in compensation analytics and design
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in compensation program design and administration
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to compensation in the financial services industry
