A company is looking for a Human Resources Technology Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom Workday reports and dashboards
- Conduct complex audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to improve reporting and analytics capabilities
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in computer science, information systems, human resources, or related discipline preferred
- Two to three years of professional experience in data administration and analysis
- Experience with Workday configuration and administration
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
- Understanding of current Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefit principles
