Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, including employee relations and policy interpretation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states
• Partner with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and culture-building initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred
• SHRM Certification
• Minimum of five years of HR experience in compensation, benefits, and employee relations
• Solid working knowledge of employment laws at various levels
