A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their Global Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage benefit plans across the US and Canada, including leave of absence administration and various insurance plans
• Collaborate with brokers and providers to ensure smooth operation of plans and manage project renewals
• Enhance employee experience by ensuring benefits are easily understood and accessible while evolving administrative processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of benefits analyst experience in a tech/SaaS company
• Understanding of compliance requirements and best practices in benefits administration
• Experience applying product management principles to HR initiatives
• Proficiency in leveraging design thinking methodologies for employee experience solutions
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity in work processes
