Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Global Benefits to lead the strategy and administration of employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer various employee benefit programs including health, welfare, and 401(k) plans
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the annual open enrollment process
- Ensure compliance with state and federal benefit laws and manage leave and disability programs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of benefits experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the US; international experience is a plus
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Ability to assess compliance of current benefits programs
- Experience in a high-growth tech company is preferred
