Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process multi-state payroll across multiple companies using Rippling
- Coordinate employee benefits and onboarding processes while maintaining accurate employee records
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and generate necessary reports for audits and year-end processing
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in U.S. payroll, including multi-state processing
- Deep knowledge of Rippling and familiarity with NetSuite
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and benefits administration
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with HRIS and finance systems
