Key Responsibilities
- Implement people strategy and collaborate with leaders to understand talent needs
- Educate and advise on performance management and talent development
- Drive activities to support a healthy work culture and consult on employee-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner or in client-facing/consulting roles
- Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS operating systems
- Professional HR certification preferred
- Experience in a professional services environment is preferred
