• Educate and advise on performance management and talent development
• Drive activities to support a healthy work culture and consult on employee-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Partner or in client-facing/consulting roles
• Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS operating systems
• Professional HR certification preferred
• Experience in a professional services environment is preferred
