Workday HCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday HCM Analyst/Specialist to optimize HR systems and leverage Workday expertise for business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure Workday HCM modules to align with business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze processes for effective configurations
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
• Proficiency with Workday technical tools such as EIB and reporting frameworks
• 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting or administering HRIS or ERP systems, preferably Workday
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Workday HCM certification is advantageous
