A company is looking for a Workday HCM Analyst/Specialist to optimize HR systems and leverage Workday expertise for business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Workday HCM modules to align with business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze processes for effective configurations
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, and Payroll
- Proficiency with Workday technical tools such as EIB and reporting frameworks
- 2-3 years of relevant experience supporting or administering HRIS or ERP systems, preferably Workday
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Workday HCM certification is advantageous
