Key Responsibilities
- Provide general office duties and transactional support for HR operations

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related business field, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in at least one HR program such as recruitment, job analysis, or employee relations
- Ability to manage sensitive information professionally
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
