• Proven success in leading large, distributed teams in a metrics-driven culture
• Experience with clinical licensing, credentialing, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority
• Data-driven mindset with experience in setting and monitoring performance KPIs
