Key Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant to HR on compensation policies, procedures, and market pricing
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to prepare competitive compensation offers and support the annual compensation cycle
- Conduct audits and assist in training Compensation Advisors on compensation processes and tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Relevant HR/Compensation experience
- Effective understanding of local compensation issues and trends
- Experience with market data and surveys globally
- Extensive analytical skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
