Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Relations and Compliance Investigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and investigate non-compliance issues
- Provide policy guidance and analytical support for policy development related to disciplinary actions and compliance
- Collaborate with business partners and internal teams to resolve escalated concerns
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in conducting investigations related to internal policies and Code of Conduct
- Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience in EEO, or 12+ years of experience in EEO in lieu of a degree
- Experience in designing priorities and leveraging data to identify trends and gaps
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience with Convercent is a plus
