Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from Associates regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Provide guidance to managers on complex employee relations issues
• Investigate and resolve complaints related to working conditions and HR matters

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an HR representative or generalist
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP and HR software
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ability to research and analyze HR-related issues
