Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in searches
- Experience recruiting for diverse functions such as product, software engineering, data science, finance, and marketing
- Proven ability to manage and drive progress across multiple searches
- Successful track record in a high-velocity, outcome-driven culture
