Key Responsibilities

- Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and coordinate interview processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a contract capacity
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Prior recruitment experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or deep tech companies is desired
