Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Part-Time) to support talent acquisition efforts for technical and sales-related roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and sales positions
• Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and coordinate interview processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a contract capacity
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior recruitment experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or deep tech companies is desired
