Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute operational activities related to COBRA, Card Services, Vendor Management, and Fulfillment
  • Participate in project initiatives including continuous improvement, SLA/KPI monitoring, and systems testing
  • Manage fulfillment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree is a plus
  • Experience with reimbursement administration accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA) is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL procedural extension language is a plus
  • Able to work independently and maintain a positive attitude under competing priorities
