A company is looking for a Benefits Administration Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute operational activities related to COBRA, Card Services, Vendor Management, and Fulfillment
- Participate in project initiatives including continuous improvement, SLA/KPI monitoring, and systems testing
- Manage fulfillment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is a plus
- Experience with reimbursement administration accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA) is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL procedural extension language is a plus
- Able to work independently and maintain a positive attitude under competing priorities
