A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to enhance the candidate experience
- Collaborate with the CHRO and marketing team to create engaging recruitment content
- Mentor and empower the Talent Acquisition team to achieve high performance and results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of full cycle recruiting experience, with seven (7) years in team management
- Experience in healthcare with high volume staffing needs preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
