Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a People Technology partner and Workday subject matter expert
- Lead the Workday Compensation module and optimize multiple Workday modules
- Collaborate with various teams to translate complex requirements into system solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with the Workday ecosystem
- Experience implementing and supporting the Workday Compensation module
- Experience managing Workday escalations and system issues
- Experience with HR processes and compliance within HRIS
- Experience managing Workday implementation and updates
