A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to support and optimize Workday processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a People Technology partner and Workday subject matter expert
• Lead the Workday Compensation module and optimize multiple Workday modules
• Collaborate with various teams to translate complex requirements into system solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with the Workday ecosystem
• Experience implementing and supporting the Workday Compensation module
• Experience managing Workday escalations and system issues
• Experience with HR processes and compliance within HRIS
• Experience managing Workday implementation and updates
