Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR generalist or people operations experience in a high-growth or remote-first environment
- Experience managing onboarding/offboarding and HRIS systems, preferably Rippling
- Strong knowledge of multi-state labor compliance and employment policies
- Experience in designing initiatives that drive engagement and retention
- Ability to make independent decisions in a dynamic environment
