Key Responsibilities
  • Manage core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance tracking
  • Support benefits administration and maintain accurate employee records
  • Contribute to the rollout of company-wide programs and enhance employee experience
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HR generalist or people operations experience in a high-growth or remote-first environment
  • Experience managing onboarding/offboarding and HRIS systems, preferably Rippling
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state labor compliance and employment policies
  • Experience in designing initiatives that drive engagement and retention
  • Ability to make independent decisions in a dynamic environment
