Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Relations Manager for a six-month project with potential contract-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver HR projects and strategic initiatives
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and practices to employees and managers, serving as an internal HR policy expert
  • Analyze employee relations issues and trends, conducting exit interviews and developing proactive solutions
Required Qualifications
  • At least five years of experience in Human Resources in a COE or HR generalist role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment law
  • Foundational understanding of HR processes including recruitment, DEI, and employee relations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and empathy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
