Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Analyst responsible for providing administrative and analytical support for Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inquiries from managers and HR staff regarding the Workday HCM system
  • Assist with the maintenance of employee records in the HRIS
  • Conduct audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in a related field required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources or HR support roles required
  • 1-2 years of experience managing employee data required
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft)
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and laws (e.g., HIPAA, FMLA, ACA)
