A company is looking for an Attorney Recruiting Assistant to support its recruiting team in hiring efforts for associates, counsel, and law students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, calendars, and scheduling logistics for interviews
- Maintain candidate files and databases, ensuring accurate records and assisting with onboarding processes
- Support law school outreach and coordinate logistics for recruiting events and On-Campus Interviews (OCI)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- One to two years of experience in legal recruiting or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility during peak recruiting periods
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
