Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney Recruiting Assistant to support its recruiting team in hiring efforts for associates, counsel, and law students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, calendars, and scheduling logistics for interviews
  • Maintain candidate files and databases, ensuring accurate records and assisting with onboarding processes
  • Support law school outreach and coordinate logistics for recruiting events and On-Campus Interviews (OCI)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • One to two years of experience in legal recruiting or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility during peak recruiting periods
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
