Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR functions across the employee life cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
- Build partnerships with managers to support employee engagement and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and manage employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or HR certification preferred
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a generalist or business partner
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience managing multiple HR functions and initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
