Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage global benefit programs ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Support annual open enrollment projects and conduct monthly benefit auditing and reconciliation
- Act as the primary point of contact for benefits inquiries and manage the leave of absence process
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits administration, preferably in a US-based multinational company
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday
- Able to handle confidential data with appropriate sensitivity
- Capable of working independently while contributing to team efforts
