Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with all stages of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and create recruitment reports
- Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience and support additional HR tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting support
- Experience with Paycom
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to stay informed about recruitment trends and best practices
