Key Responsibilities
- Monitor HR Compliance inbox and manage inquiries
- Process employee data updates and maintain compliance documentation
- Prepare compliance reports and assist with audits and legislative research
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- Familiarity with compliance tracking and HR documentation best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
