Key Responsibilities

  • Process employee data updates and maintain compliance documentation
  • Prepare compliance reports and assist with audits and legislative research
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Familiarity with compliance tracking and HR documentation best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
